I’ve Been On Valsartan @6 Months. Nephedipine Made Me Cough

I’ve been on Valsartan @6 months. Nephedipine made me cough and got stiff joints and aching.... not coughing but increased stiffness in hips and arthritic pains... yes I’m 64 and have mild arthritis and Renauds in hands. Is theirs from the ARB I’m on?
