I've Been On And Off Depo Provera For 3 Years

I've been on and off Depo Provera for 3 years now. I got my last shot towards the end of June and was due back last month in September. I decided not to go get the shot due to its side affects as well as the fact that I'm not sexually active anymore. I've been bleeding since about a week after I was due for my next shot and the bleeding just stopped yesterday.. was that considered my menstrual cycle? And will I begin ovulating now that I've stopped bleeding? And does this now increase my chances of getting pregnant?
