I've Been On And Off Sick For The Past Few

I've been on and off sick for the past few months. Due to where I live, the weather has been going from warm like 40 back to low like 20s with snow. I have had allergies my entire life so the weather causes me to have flare ups. A month or so ago I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and was on antibiotics for 20 days. Then about two weeks ago I was diagnosed with strep throat. Before I got strep I had a horrible horrible pain in my theoar especially when I would swallow. I felt as if I was finally getting better but now my throat is starting to get that feeling again. The weather here is going back from about 45 degrees down to the high 20s so I'm wondering if that is the problem or if I am coming down with something again. Please please any advice on how to cure or relieve some of this pain!!!
