Ive Been On Concerta For About 6 Years. I Stopped

Ive been on concerta for about 6 years. I stopped cold turkey for about a month. and for like 7 days i had no control of my mind or body, It almost felt like I was paralized or had a stroke. I feel normal now but scared to go to sleep. because I loose my mind again.
