I've Been On Escitalopram For About Two Weeks - Just

I've been on escitalopram for about two weeks - just couple of days ago i've felt extremely depessed, very high anxiety - i'm only on 5 mg as recommended by my doctor and the after one month he recommends i go to 10 mg - is it normal to feel this way - i just have a very empty feeling of unhappiness or depression. i am taking this drug for slight depression and social anxiety
