I've Been On Isotetrinoin For My Skin. I Had Moderate

I've been on isotetrinoin for my skin. I had moderate acne, but now that I've been off the drug for 2 months, my acne is creeping back. What are the best remedies for keeping it at bay, as isotetrinoin is the only method that has truly worked for me? I've tried topical creams like benzoyl peroxide and glycolic acid but I don't want to go back on isotetrinoin in the case I'd like children in the next few years.
