I've Been On My Period And Today When I Went

I've been on my period and today when I went to the bathroom I found a couple of white things and this brownish oval shaped thing with a black/ red thing. I'm not good at describing things, but I showed my grandmother a picture of it and she said it looks like a miss carriage but I'm still a virgin.
