I've Been On My Period For 72 Days Today! And

I've been on my period for 72 days today! And I'm not sure when it will stop. I've been to the doctor 2-3 years ago and they didn't want to put me on birth control. They had me take estrogen and iron pills and said I was anemic. My period has always been irregular and usally lasts 1 month as usual, but this time it's different and this is the first time it's ever been this long. This interferes with my every day life, I do online school and can't have a regular job! I am always home, tired and moody. I started my period when I was 13 and I'm currently 17 about to be 18....please help.
