I've Been On Nexplanon Since April And Have Still Been

I've been on nexplanon since April and have still been getting my normal 6 day periods. This month I was a few days late and have been on my period for almost 3 weeks now, should I be worried? The period isn't what I normally see, it's a lot darker than usual.
