I've Been On Sertaline For Many Years. I've Recently Lost

I've been on sertaline for many years. I've recently lost my dad. He had been ill for a while. But for the past few months I've been struggling sleeping. More so after my dad passed away. Is there anything herbal I could take with my anti depression tablets. I'm on 100 mg
