I've Been On Sprintec For Almost 3months Now And My

I've been on sprintec for almost 3months now and my first normal period while taking the pills was like any other period it was normal (heavy bleeding needed to wear tampons (this was in march) but my second period (second package) my period was different (2days late then spotted on and off for 3days) period ended and now with this period its repeating like my last period but yesterday I got a faint positive pregnancy test (what are the odds of it being a actual positive or a false positive)

I've never missed a pill and always took it on time
