I've Been On The Dep Injection For Over 10 Years,

I've been on the dep injection for over 10 years, I stop last March to start a family. I'm breast are swelling with increased nipple sensitive that I can't even lay down sometimes. I'm having spotting periods, then periods normally every 2 weeks but it's been 32 days since my last spotting experience. I'm blotting now, but this time and the time before instead having a spotting. I'm having what can only be described as large sticky brown things coming out of me. There are different to cots as they are clear and brown and not clotting like. I've taken a picture as they are normally around 2/3 Inches each time. I can go allday and night without bleeding or spotting and this things come out of me.
