Ive Been Pain 4 Weeks Now Ive Had Hystroricmy 11

Ive been pain 4 weeks now ive had hystroricmy 11 years ago. I still have ovaries according to ct scan show relative decompression to the descending and sigmoid colon mild/moderate stool proximal colon. Then also noted 3.3 cyst and 1.9 cyst in left ovary in right adnexa related to lymphoceles. Trace of nospecific pelvic ascites lots back pain stiff as well lots bloating and cramping no releaf are they related and what should i do my primary dr. Was sent a copy from er vist all they done there was elavate pain. I know cysts should take care of them self. I also have 6mm lung nodules i found that out last year but these cyst in ovays show up alot i dont think they go away and that concern me
