I.ve Been Passing Small Food Particles Through My Urine For

I.ve been passing small food particles through my urine for the last few days 2-3 times a day but not everyday.I thought tat the urinary tract and digestive tract are separate and not connected. How did those particles find their way in the urine?(I,m aware of the blood stream connection).
