I've been plagued with Trigeminal Neuralgia since 2002. I've had surgeries and numerous nerve blocks and nothing has given me any relief for more than 16-18 months but most of the time less than that. I recently went through the Sleep study and received a CPAP machine; after 1/2 doz. nights of sleeping with it, I've experienced TN pain the last 2 nights.
