I've Been Plagued With Lower Abdominal Pain And Also Lower

I've been plagued with lower abdominal pain and also lower vaginal pain for over 3 months now. I finally had an ultrasound which showed that I had polyps in the edometrial lining of the uterus song with fibroids and a complex cyst. The unfortunate thing is that about 2 yes ago I had a myomectomy to remove a fibroid that was in the wall of the uterus. The options I've been given were to wait it out to see if it'll go down, an endometrial ablation, a partial or full hysterectom... I'm only 33 yes old and I feel like even though I've decided I don't want kids, my option is being taken away.
