I've Been Prescribed Trimovate Cream As My Foreskin Will Not

I've been prescribed Trimovate cream as my foreskin will not retract. The doctor hasn't told me exactly how to apply/use the cream. Where do I apply the cream, how long should I be using it for and once I've applied it do I need to do anything else (pull back)/stretch foreskin, etc)?
