I've Been Reading About Hiv Symptoms In Worry That I

I've been reading about hiv symptoms in worry that I may have it , I get reoccurring rash on my legs , arms , and sides that get really itchy . I have to deficate more then I used to and i feel pressure in my bladder like I have to use the bathroom even when I don't have too , and my appetite is all messed up , is this hiv or could it be something else
