I've Been Really Weak The Entire Day I Feel Horrible

I've been really weak the entire day I feel horrible with also having ringing in my ear and pressure in my ear I went to CVS and checked my BP because I do have a history of hypertension it was 146/86 I feel as though I going to faint at times though out today should I go to the hospital
