I've Been Running A Fever Up 103.8, When Treated With

I've been running a fever up 103.8, when treated with Tylenol and cold compresses it goes down to 99.2, for three days. I've been having diarrhea for more than one week. My ears hurt and my left temple is very painful. My glands in my neck feel swollen. I was tested for strep and told I do not have it (2 days ago). The NP diagnosed an unspecified viral infection. My lower back and my neck hurt too. I'm 51.
