I've Been Severe Cramping And Having Water Gush Out For

I've been severe cramping and having water gush out for about a week or so. Its been causing bad pain and so much pressure that I can't urinate or release bowels. Today, blood is coming out now instead of clear gushing fluids. All started in April with pain and 2 periods that month. I'm concerned if I should go to the hospital or not? Please help
