I've Been Showing Symptoms ( Shaking Of Hands Only) Of

I've been showing symptoms ( Shaking of hands only) of Parkinson's from last 9 years and visiting doctors from last 6 years. Shaking gets more when i'm nervous or picking up some small objects like pen, spoon, glass or plate. Currently i'm taking prescribe medicine for it. Is it possible to have Parkinson's at this young age and can it be fully cured.
