I've Been Sick For 5 Days And I Seem To

I've been sick for 5 days and I seem to be getting worse. I'm coughing so hard that nearly everytime I gag. My throat muscle is sore, I'm congested, I cough up little bits of stuff but not much. It's an orange color. And last night I noticed when I exhale my throat makes a fizzy sound kinda like pop rocks. What could it be? I'm also fatigued and had a slight fever of 99
