I've Been Sick For A Little Over A Week And

I've been sick for a little over a week and I say about 3 days later my right ear starting hurting and immediately I knew it was an ear infection I didn't go to the doctors until a few days had pass and the pain was more than I could take they confirmed it was an ear infection and prescribed me an antibiotic but told me to wait to have it filled to just see if it goes away on it's on now I knew it was a bad idea because since I got the infection it has done nothing but get 10x worst every day now I feel like I'm under water and I can hear the fluid in my ear move when I lay in certain positions it feels really full like it's about to pop and now I can't pick up my prescription because I have no way there and I feel like my eardrum is seconds away from perforating what should I do?
