I've Been Sick For Over A Week And This Week

I've been sick for over a week and this week I felt a little better. But today after I ate lunch, I felt very sick to my stomach. Started coughing and threw up my lunch but as I kept coughing I threw up a huge white blob the size of a softball. What is it??
