I've Been Sick For The Past Two Weeks With Sore

I've been sick for the past two weeks with sore throat, coughing, body ache, fever, stuffy and runny nose, congestion, diarrhea, and last night started vomiting. The diarrhea has been persistent the whole two weeks. Is this going to go away soon or should I go to the doctor?
