I've Been Sick For Two Days, Fever, Soar Throat And

I've been sick for two days, fever, soar throat and pressure in my ears. The throat started with a tickle and now I'm coughing up stuff (no blood). Fever comes and goes. The pressure can be painful but not all of the time. Should I go to doctor, could I have an ear or throat infection?
