I've Been Sick Recently And Have Been Popping A Lot.

I've been sick recently and have been popping a lot. Just yesterday, a small marble sized lump came out of my butt hole and is now very tender and is just chilling outside my anus. It hurts pretty bad, just wondering what you might think it is and what I should do about it.
