I've Been Sick Since Monday Night, And I'm Not Getting

I've been sick since Monday night, and I'm not getting better at all! I went to the doc on Thursday, for him to tell me that I have a virus! My symptoms are severe diarrhea, chills, fever, 101.4, aching all over, sleepless nights, and now vomitingand I have no appetite at all! I've taken ibuprofen for the fever, it helps a little, I've taken dirreah meds and drank plenty of water and still no relief! I just want to feel better!!!!!!!!
