I've Been Sick Since Tuesday. Body Aches, Fever Up To

I've been sick since Tuesday. Body aches, fever up to 102 and other flu like symptoms. I was swabbed for the flu and strep throat and both came back negative. Over the last 2 days I have developed a bad cough and it's worse when I sit up/stand up. I cough the whole time that I'm upright. I have had irregular/fast heartbeats since Thursday morning
