I've Been Sick W Flu Like Symptoms For A Week

I've been sick w flu like symptoms for a week and takin mucinex. I had severe headache. Some chills n nasal congestion that moved to my chest. Some sweats n chills. I have wheezing n fatigue w shortness of breath. Trying to figure out if it's bad cold. Flu. Or respitory infection. Also had bad b upper back pain?
