I've Been Sick With Flu Symptoms (chills, Fever, Aches, Chest

I've been sick with flu symptoms (chills, fever, aches, chest congestion and runny note) for 4 days. If I am late with ibuprofen every couple of hours the aches become almost unbearable. Now I seem to be getting a muscle spasm next to my left shoulder blade. It happens regularly (I've just noticed). I've county up to 29 secs, sometimes 12 secs, sometimes 19 secs. I'm assuming it's all part of this flu.
