Ive Been Sick With Sinus Infection And Fluid On Both

Ive been sick with sinus infection and fluid on both ears, I have fibro and the sickness has made my pain worse from the fibro. Im not sure whats going on with me. I am light headed and dizzy, when I stand up my head pounds, my heart is racing and I feel like I could jump out of my skin. My bp is usually about 120/74 but last tues when I went back to the dr for new meds (sinus infection was worse) and my pain was sky high my bp was 189/100. Is it pain that is causing my bp to shoot up and thats whats makeing me feel so funny (the light headed and dizzy, head pounding when I stand up, heart racing and hands shaky)?
