I've Been Smoking Meth For 3-4 Months. About 4 Weeks

I've been smoking Meth for 3-4 months. About 4 weeks ago I started to pee blood. It was pretty bad. I first thought I started my period so I put on a pad. The next time I went pee again, it was dark and clowdy and when i wiped there was a lot of blood on the toliet paper. Every time I go to the bathroom, its the same thing but no blood after. Sometime in the morning I'll have bloody discharge. I'm terrified! I don't know what to do. I've done research and everything points to Kidney failure. I'm scared to go to the doctor afraid they'll blood test me and find out I do meth. I've lately stopped completley and still have this problem. I'm also on tons of medication which I don't know mixed well. (Codone, Methadone, Xanex, Protonix, Abilify, and several other bi polar medications.) I've also experienced muscle weekness in my arms and kneck when I was high. Now that I'm sobering up I'm getting some of it back. What's going on with my body??? I'm so so scared.
