I've Been Spotting Since Friday Morning It Started Light Pink

I've been spotting since Friday morning it started light pink only when I wipe then turned into a bright red with what looked like small clots and was able to show on a tampon/ panty liner towards the end it started to look like a dark brown but still was barely there come to around Wednesday I am getting a light brown strike on toilet paper with little brown pieces when ever I wipe
I was on birthcontrol but stopped taking it a few weeks ago
I am getting cramps (extreme ones which I usually don't cramp)
