I've Been Struggling With A Sore Throat For The Last

I've been struggling with a sore throat for the last few days. My lymph nodes are not swollen but are tender to the touch. I just looked in the back of my mouth and my tonsils have red streaks, are swollen and the left side has white patches.

I've also been tired more than usual. I might have a fever. It's difficult and slightly painful to swallow. These are my symptoms. What might this be?
