I've Been Struggling With Bulimia For About A Month, And

I've been struggling with bulimia for about a month, and the last time I purged, I saw little spots of lights everywhere. Also I felt alot of pressure in my face, and the place where the jaw and ear connect felt very swollen. Is this something I should b concerned about?
