I've Been Struggling With Pancreatitis Due To ERCP For Almost

I've been struggling with pancreatitis due to ERCP for almost 10 years. My liver is also fatty at this point. It is very hard to breathe even when still. Last night I was more active than normal and today actually ATE a meal. Now, I feel so much pain I'm moaning and my abdomen is so bloated it feels like it will split apart soon and an alien will pop out! I've been to the ER (and admitted) so many times, I dread going again. How can I tell when enough is enough and know it's time? Sometimes if I hang in there, I can breathe a little better. Thank you for any advice. Robbin
