I've Been Suffering For 2 Months A Condition That's Strange

I've been suffering for 2 months a condition that's strange even to me. My mouth all day has the salt of baking soda. this is ne to me but must be caused by something. every every morning when I awake my lips are sealed totally shut. I can open them by gently pushing my tongue against these sealed lips from iknside my mouth.
