I've Been Suffering For Close To 10 Years Now With

I've been suffering for close to 10 years now with small fiber neuropathy. I've tried many drugs used for the treatment of the pain associated with this disease-horrible pain 8-10 on the 1-10 pain scale. As you can see, the drugs are mostly ineffective for treating my neuropathic pain. I have heard from a few that drug pumps or pain pumps are more effective. What is your opinion of pain pumps for this purpose? Also, if it's more effective at treating nerve pain, although oral meds have not worked, can you tell me why? Thank you!
