I've Been Suffering From Vertigo And Migranes For The Last

I've been suffering from vertigo and migranes for the last 8 months, I had an MRI and all the results didn't show anything that could be causing my vertigo and migrane. In the last 8 months I've been very irritable, aggressive, depressed and don't have much energy. Could be related to low testosterone level?
