I've Been Suffering With What I Thought Was Shoulder Pain

I've been suffering with what I thought was shoulder pain although a recent doctor thought it may actually be in my neck-I have noticed the last couple of days the discomfort is moving down my back and occasionally in my leg-it's my right arm and right leg that suffers whilst the left is completely fine?
