Ive Been Taking 4 Puffs Of My Rescue Inhaler Every

Ive been taking 4 puffs of my rescue inhaler every 2-4 hours consistently for the past week because my mom bought a "Hyperallergetic" dog, which still makes my asthma bad... Is taking this much of this medication dangerous?
I have headaches and i get light headed standing up ive noticed since using this albuterol so much
