I've Been Taking Celebrex 200 And Tramadol For Several Years

I've been taking Celebrex 200 and tramadol for several years for joint pain. and lately the pharmacy changed to a generic Celebrex and it's like taking nothing. I've had several back neck and shoulder operations, and my neurologist says there's nothing else to help my arthritis and joint pain. I'm just wondering if that's really true.
