I've Been Taking Parnate (MAOI) For Approx. 25 Yrs, Have

I've been taking Parnate (MAOI) for approx. 25 yrs, have to undergo a lumpectomy under what I was told a 'twilight' anesthesia. Due to the severity of the reasons I'm taking this medicine, it wouldn't be something I could go off of without a severe recurrence of symptoms. Can this procedure be done while I'm taking about 20 mg of Parnate/day?
