I've Been Taking Zoloft For Years For Depression And OCD

I've been taking Zoloft for years for depression and OCD and Adderall for ADD. Recently Wellbutrin was prescribed to me as well. I take 100mg of Zoloft, about 50-60mg of Adrenall and now 75mg of Wellbutrin. I've only been taking the Wellbutrin for about 4 days now, but I've felt an increase in irritability, grouchiness, and impatience lately. Are these common side effects of this drug and if so, how long do they usually last? Today I spaced out my Adderall 20mg at a time, a couple of hours a part, and it seemed to help; I definitely felt less irritable, but I kind of felt less focused, too.
