I've Been Taking A Channel Blocker For About 12 Years.

I've been taking a channel blocker for about 12 years. My BP usually averages around 130-135 over 70-80. The past couple of weeks I have changed things up and checked it in the early afternoon after eating lunch, instead of upon arising in the morning. The numbers are much lower for me at this time of the day. They have ranged from 109-128 over 56-65. Is there a possibility that I could eventually stop taking the medication if my numbers stay low? I hate taking pills.
