I've Been Taking Acetaminophen For Carpal Tunnel, 1000 Mg Doses

I've been taking acetaminophen for carpal tunnel, 1000 mg doses every 6 hours (although never more than 3000 mg per day, usually time last one to last overnight). Today I took 1000 mg around 1:30, and then just forgot and took 1000 mg more at around 4. Is this anything to worry about?
