I've been taking b12 for years for pernicious anemia. I've never had any issues before. My boyfriend gave me my b12 shot in my left arm but this time it felt like he hit a nerve or large vein. My arm was super sore and still is hours later. No bump at injection site and no blood bubbled up after the shot. Should I be worried?
