Ive been taking promethazine for years with tramadol to stop nausea. My oncology nurse said long turm can cause problems. So i had zoppran and have taken it for 2 weeks and got really really constipated. Shpuld i go back to promethazine? Did i need to be winged off it? Sorry i wasnt aware thete was a charge
